Free Legal Advice and Financial Counselling for Territories Stolen Generations Redress Scheme

Legislation has passed to make sure redress payments do not affect access to, or eligibility for, any payment or service provided by the Commonwealth.

Legislation has passed to ensure the Scheme can be established over the next six months and start receiving applications by 1 March 2022.
